Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — 5 published quizzes, tests or surveys, unlimited responses, the same aggregate analytics Pro users get, and an email gate that collects your first 25 leads. No card required. Past 25 the emails keep arriving but land locked until you upgrade, and results carry a small "Made with Snacked" badge, which Pro removes.
Who's the seller on my invoice?
Paddle is our Merchant of Record. Your invoice is issued by Paddle, who handles VAT, sales tax and chargebacks across 100+ countries. You'll see Paddle in your card statement.
Can I switch back to Free?
Yes, cancel any time from the billing portal. Access continues through the end of the paid period. After that your quizzes are suspended and your responses and leads stay readable.
What does 10,000 leads / month mean?
A lead is a response with an email attached, and Pro captures up to 10,000 a month — the counter resets on the 1st (UTC). Free gets 25 in total rather than a monthly allowance. Responses themselves are never capped, on any plan. Leads beyond either cap are still recorded but stay locked — until the reset on Pro, until you upgrade on Free.
