How does Snacked work?+
You describe your goal in a sentence. The AI generates a complete quiz funnel — 8 to 12 single-choice questions, 4 to 6 psychographic archetypes, scoring matrix and reward copy. You edit anything you want, hit Publish, and share the link. Visitors fill out the quiz, get their archetype + a tailored reward, and their email is delivered to your ESP already tagged.
How fast is it really?+
From signing up to a published quiz: under 3 minutes for most users. The AI streams the output in real time so you watch the quiz appear before saving.
What's the Free plan?+
Free forever — 5 published quizzes, 1,000 lifetime leads, 15 AI generations/month, Zapier + custom webhook, custom branding and themes. No card required. Beyond 1,000 leads we still capture them but lock them until you upgrade. Free quizzes show a small "Build your own AI quiz — try Snacked" badge on results; Pro removes it.
What's Pro?+
$19/month billed annually (or $29/month billed monthly). Includes 10 published quizzes, 10,000 leads/month, 50 AI generations/month, native ESP integrations (Klaviyo, ConvertKit, Mailchimp, MailerLite, Brevo), conditional logic (branching), embed code (iframe / popup / button), Meta Pixel + GA4 + CAPI, removed Snacked branding, and priority support.
What's Pro Lifetime?+
A one-time $499 payment that grants lifetime Pro-tier access — same 10 quizzes, 10,000 leads/month, native ESP, branching, embed and tracking pixels you get on the monthly plan. No renewal, no surprise fees, no cap.
Which AI generates the quiz?+
Anthropic's Claude Sonnet 4.6 by default, served through the Vercel AI Gateway. We follow your selected language end-to-end.
Can I edit what the AI produces?+
Yes — every question, answer, archetype, scoring weight, intro, result copy and reward URL is fully editable from the dashboard.
Where does the lead end up?+
Captured in your dashboard inbox immediately, and asynchronously pushed to every active ESP integration you've connected — already tagged with the archetype name so you can branch flows in your email tool.
Can I delete a quiz?+
Yes, from Settings → Danger zone. Public URL stops working immediately. Lead data is held for 30 days for safety, then permanently erased by an automated job.
What about GDPR?+
Built in. The respondent must check an explicit consent box (linked to your privacy policy URL) before submitting their email. Lead data is processable under our DPA. Account deletion soft-deletes for 14 days, then hard deletes per GDPR.
Can I use my own domain for the public quiz?+
Not yet — every quiz lives at snacked.it/your-handle/your-slug. Custom domains are on the roadmap for the Pro plan.
Who's the seller on my invoice?+
Paddle is our Merchant of Record. Your invoice is issued by Paddle, who handles VAT, sales tax and chargebacks across 100+ countries. You'll see Paddle in your card statement.
What if I cancel?+
You keep access until the end of the paid period. After that quizzes are suspended (URL → 404) but data stays read-only. Reactivating Pro puts everything back online instantly. Pro Lifetime never expires.
